This is a conversion of the existing Qassim II & III Simple Power Plant to Combined Cycle Power Plant, based on three (3) blocks of 4+4+1 configuration (each with 4 GTG, 4 HRSG and 1 STG) with their associated auxiliaries and related Balance of Plant (BOP).

The scope also includes the necessary modification on protection, control, communication, SCADA at the existing 380KV Substation and also the installation of the associated 380kV underground cable.
