Bisha Central Power station Expansion Project

This was an expansion of the existing Bisha Power Plant, based on three Siemens V84.2 gas turbine generator units (around 74 MW site rating each), operating on distillate oil. Major balance of plant equipment included distillate oil tanks, fuel treatment and handling & forwarding systems, plant heating-ventilation-air-conditioning and firefighting systems. The scope of the project also included a dedicated distributed control system for the plant controls.
