NCC Power Projects Division (PPD) - QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM:Quality Management System

1- Reference of Quality Management System:

NCC - Power Projects Division has developed and implemented the Quality Management System in accordance with the Standard ISO 9001: 2000. The Quality Procedures describe the degree of details required for adequate control of activities of National Contracting Company Ltd. - Power Projects Division.

2- Certification:

National Contracting Company Ltd. - Power Projects Division was originally certified to the requirements of ISO 9001: 1994 on 13th May, 2000. Subsequently, on Transition to ISO 9001: 2000 - Quality Standards, the Division was re-certified on 8th February, 2003, valid for a period of three years from the date of certification.

National Contracting Company Ltd. - Construction Division also certified as ISO 9001:2000.

The Company’s performance is periodically assessed through Internal Audits, and Surveillance Audits conducted by External Auditors.

The Company has a track record of successful implementation of Quality Management System as confirmed through these Audits.

NCC Construction Division (CD) - QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM:Quality Standard

NCC - Construction division has been accredited by ISO 9001 : 2000, certified by BVQI, for their scope of following activities.

Installation, Testing & Commissioning, Overhauling and Maintenance of plants for Electro - Mechanical, Instrumentation and related civil projects in Power, Petrochemical, Fertiliser, Steel and cement sectors.

National Contracting Company Ltd., Construction Division (NCC-CD) has set highest quality standards that constantly aim to exceed demanding customers’ needs and adopt the policy of providing quality products and services. Primary goal is to follow principles of ‘best practice’ whilst efficiently utilizing development resources. It provides the effective management of the risk, change and quality associated with each project.

In order to achieve this objective NCC-CD has established and maintained an effective Quality Management System (QMS), ISO 9001:2000.

The QMS policy is cascaded throughout the workforce to employee level through NCC-CD’s dynamic teamwork to consistently improve the long-term success of NCC-CD with leading role in the field of their expertise.

Our assessment findings will lead our division to endless improvements in Safety and Health efforts. NCC-CD have been accredited with Certificates of Appreciation from our various Clients for achieving Highest Standard of Safety. To name a few:
